Storing and caring for your microgreens

When you receive your trays, they will be fully grown and ready for you to consume immediately. One of the main benefits of a living tray of microgreens is that you can harvest the microgreens as required while the remainder stays fresh and continues to grow.

Microgreens are best stored in your refrigerator as this slows the rate of growth and ensures your microgreens remain fresh. When kept in the refrigerator, microgreens require only daily misting of water with a hand spray bottle.

When kept on your kitchen bench, your microgreens will need 1/2 to 1 cup of water daily.

if cared for correctly, your microgreens will remain fresh and healthy for at least 1-2 weeks.
